The CRL Small Cone Pivot Hinge is fabricated in stainless steel with a brushed finish. These pivot hinges offer a 1" (25.4 mm) by 1-1/8" (28.6 mm) tall bonding surface for greater capacity than comparable pivot or swing style hinges. Tight glass clearance using these hinges would be 1/8" (3.2 mm) at top and bottom of your opening. A spring loaded push pin is featured in the bottom pivot to allow for secure installation and simple removal when necessary. Available in glass-to-glass and glass-to-wood models. Each pair of hinges will support a 26 pound (11.8 kg) 1/4" (6 mm) glass panel， not to exceed 24" (610 mm) wide. Pivot hinges sold by the pair.
Safety glasses should be worn during any glass fabrication process， and UV filtered glass are required when UV radiation present. Some bonding processes may also require use of gloves for adhesive and heat protection.
